But really, I think it's a sad fact that not everyone in our community can be successful. For every pro, there's a guy like Atlanta, who puts in the work and maybe even deserves the success, but just never quite get that break into the pro scene. And, while I feel bad for him, there is just nothing I can do about it. I can't watch 10 streams at once, sadly. Not everyone can be pro. But, we should at least celebrate failure, to some extent.

If I were to talk to Bob, I would try to encourage him; he has done something very cool, even if not lucrative or popular with society at large. Not giving up is always good, but I think he really needs a plan on where he wants to go. Providing a high quality stream is what he does for a living now, but who knows if it will still be relevant enough to attract viewers in a view years.

Sadly, I don't really see a way out for him either. He's probably not going to get good enough to be a professional player, Riot doesn't really have a reason to hire him and even though his popularity would make him a good choice as caster, his quiet and calm personality makes it hard for him to do it successfully, I've seen him cast a few games.
